Located within the private & pristine Linville Falls Mountain Club & Preserve community, Blue Ridge View is 25 minutes from the charming small town of Marion where Main Street meets the mountains and where you can pick out a handcrafted souvenir in one of the many shops, grab a cold beer at Mica Town Brewing Company, sample fresh seafood and a cocktail at Crabby Abby's Bar and Grille, or sit down and enjoy a regionally-inspired dish paired with the NC staple, Cheerwine, at McDowell Local. This stylish townhome also offers quick access to numerous hiking trails, waterfalls, and area activities. Drive less than 10 minutes to reach Linville Caverns where you can spend the day hearing the lore surrounding the caverns and exploring the subterranean world that includes ancient limestone and the caverns' adorable batty residents. For those who love to chase waterfalls, travel under 15 minutes to reach the outright gorgeous 90 ft. Linville Falls or 80-ft. multi-cascade Tom's Creek Falls, 30 minutes to the two-tiered 25-foot Grassy Creek Falls, and under 40 minutes to the majestic 70-ft. Crabtree Falls.
Also just under 40 minutes away is the Sugar Mountain Ski Resort where you can spend the whole day snowshoeing, tubing, ice skating, and sipping hot chocolate in between. Take a 45-minute drive to reach Lake James & its corresponding State Park where you can spend the day boating, swimming, and sunbathing on the beautiful mountain beach or exploring the mossy, forested ridges and rocky peaks dotted with vibrant wildflowers and wildlife that characterize Linville Gorge Wilderness. For even more hiking and outdoor adventure, travel 30 minutes north to Grandfather Mountain State Park where you can walk across the mile-high swinging bridge or check out wildlife habitats. If hiking isn't your forte, but you still long for those panoramic mountain views, drive 25 minutes along NC Highway 181 to the Brown Mountain Overlook (famed for the enigmatic Brown Mountain Lights) or 30 minutes to Wiseman's View, where you can catch spectacular views of Hawksbill and Table Rock. While the best views require some steps, the upper viewing area is wheelchair and scooter accessible.

PARKING IS LIMITED TO 2 CARS. There is an exterior camera on this property for security purposes. Located within Linville Falls Mountain Club & Preserve Community, guests have access to the Catawba River where they can fish & float, 3.5 miles of hiking & biking trails, and a disc golf course. Blue Ridge View is available to rent monthly. Included in the monthly rental rate is a $400 monthly power allowance & a $100 monthly water allowance.
