Paid for the double Queen suite which is supposed to accommodate 4 people, there was only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth available, they do not provide coffee makers or any kind of cups, no ice bucket to collect . Basically only the bare essentials are met and even that’s scampi

If you just need a place to sleep this will do but if you expecting renovated rooms and amenities look elsewhere. The front desk was very kind but the cons outweigh the pros tremendously.

The room was dirty. There was left over soap in the shower. The handle on the microwave was broken. There were moth balls in the sink and the ac to keep who-knows-what away. The whole room was dirty Breakfast was nothing. There was no coffee left. Someone was cooking fish in a room down the hall and the whole area stink. We ran out of hot water Stay away!!!

The property is run down, poorly maintained. There was no mattress pad on the bed, only a sheet loosely draped on the mattress. We didn't stay, had to go re-book another hotel. It was a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Don't be dazzled by the low price. Keep moving.

I liked that it was available. It smelled bad, there was no phone in the room, there was no smoke detector, and that I had to pay for it seeing that I had already paid for a room in Marion when the location I searched in the Expedia app was Fort Wayne Indiana. When I should have been able to get a refund before I paid for another room in the same city as my destination.

You pay for what you get for the building condition, however for 75$ CAD, it was quiet, comfortable and the staff was lovely. Pets welcome , lots of parking, cant find a cheaper hotel that gives you more.

This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever experienced. Our room was so dirty and the smell was overwhelming. The AC until was full of mold and dirt. The bedding was covered in burns. Ended up checking out after one day of a two day trip. The bathroom looked like someone did not clean it and was full of someone’s hair. Beware of this place.

While the staff was friendly, the room was clean, the service was excellent a few things would notch up the ratings such as holders for the toilet paper and hand towel, a protein (egg or sausage) for breakfast, and a clean upholstered chair. It was evident work was being done to make improvements. Thank you for a good stay. :)

No towels in room. Room stunk. Toilet bowl tissue holder broken. Shower curtain not long enough to keep water getting out of shower. Water strength horrible. Breakfast was horrific. Juice and milk in jugs. OJ tasted like tang. Cereal was stale. Paid for two nights and only stayed for one. Have not received money back for second night.

Mirror had fingerprints all up and down, sand in the bathtub, bathroom sink water was nothing more than a trickle! There were blood spots on the wall by the bed! (I ended up cleaning them off)) The pool was shut down. There was no morning breakfast service. The only thing good about it was a price at $64 a night once again reminding me you’ll get what you pay for and in this case it wasn’t much.

The over all property kinda looked like had homeless problem. Trash around on outside. The pool was closed. I got to my room and the sheets were damp/wet and had to go back downstairs to get dry ones. Every time I rolled In the bed the wall next to bed rattled. I wouldn't recommend but I was tired and just wanted to rest.
