"Clean room, quiet building, yummy simple breakfast, 24/7 coffee, and the staff were very kind and gracious. My husband and I chose this location because we wanted to be in a quiet part of Memphis, but still close enough to see the Blues/Beale St area. It didn't disappoint! Literally the only problem was that once we got settled in, we notice the door lock wouldn't engage. We piled furniture and luggage in front of it and went to sleep. We decided to just let them know in the morning when we checked out. This was a personal choice, we were exhausted. I recommend asking for another room if this happens to you! I accidentally left behind some personal property, and they called me immediately. They went above and beyond to help me get my property back, I'm never going to forget!"

"Beautiful hotel. Every employee and every other guest I encountered was awesome. The lobby, pool area, hallways, and my room were all beautiful. Only hotel parking option is paid valet, therefore I opted to park at the parking garage across the intersection for much cheaper. They also have a paid breakfast option in the lobby, which I didn’t try. Microfridge in room, and only microwave is in lobby. I was really close in walking distance to nearly every restaurant and attraction I wanted to go to. Also, the downtown area was very clean and safe during my whole visit."

"The kids loved the pool downstairs and seeing the ducks in the fountain. It's a beautiful hotel and the halls and rooms are gorgeous and clean. Honestly, the lead up to the march was too long and all the kids around us, including mine, were antsy and didn't want to wait. A shorter intro would keep the kids excited. We also did the $15 milk and cookies to the room and at check out learned there was a $10 fee. We would not have done $25 milk and cookies. All in all, would absolutely stay again. Fun and memorable experience"
