“The house was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed having a large area for six of us. Air conditioning worked well so that made our stay comfortable. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were also a plus. We now have family in the Memphis area, and we would definitely stay here again.”

“Not an historic revival, but should be a tear down. No fan in the bathroom, ice maker did not work, side walk crumbling under our feet. Window air units, paint splatters on floors, only two full size towels. Texted property mgr. And got no reply. Would NOT recommend this to anyone!”

“I read reviews before booking this property and inquired on 2/14/26 about items that previous customers complained about, such as ripped tattered sofa, no towel rack, closet doors broken. Host response message, Yes, it was fixed; IT WAS NOT. Train track has noisy trains 75% of the day. Water leaking on the bath floor from flushed toilet, no tv remote, trash 1/2 full in trashcan upon my arrival, dirty dishes in sink prior to arrival, floors unsafe, unsteady bar stools, strong raw sewage odor,……
