We had a reservation, but they had us on an upper floor room and we asked to be moved to a 1st floor room if available, the young lady working the desk had absolutely no problem checking and moving us. Anyone could look straight in and see the whole room because of a strategically placed wall mirror. That issue was easily corrected by tucking the curtain in the door before closing ...
