「This review is for the one bedroom, water front cottage (sister property). The cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. I rely enjoyed the SMEG fridge and tea pot! 「Had a wonderful stay! Very clean, beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. Location was excellent, especially for walks along the dock, with many restaurants in close walking distance. Only critique, was the thin floor/ceiling, could hear down stairs neighbors walking on the hard wood floors and their television while in the bedroom. I put on the fan to create white noise to help minimize the noise. Outside of this, it was a perfect stay.」

「My husband and I booked a long weekend here after the Labor Day holiday to ride our bikes and visit the beach. We were conveniently located to several trails and Sandy Neck Beach. This newly renovated garage had all the comforts of home, was nicely decorated, and perfect for us. If I had to make one suggestion it would be for a small dehumidifier to be added inside as it felt slightly damp each morning. We would recommend this rental property and would not hesitate to return.」
