「The Oliver Hotel is a great boutique place located right off Market Square in downtown Knoxville. Lots of great restaurants to choose from, including their own. Within a mile of lots of sights. And the staff were very helpful when one of our bags were delivered close to checkout time, they gave us some more time. Parking is tricky, but they have valet service.」

「Our stay at this facility was outstanding! The employees were the best in a day it's hard to find good help. These people, every one of them, focused on us from a simple Hi to helping with any questions or needs we had. Our room was updated and very clean. I can't say anything bad. 「Hotel was nice, no issues there. Decent breakfast. We had booked a room to sleep five and were given a room with two queen beds and no sofa. I went to the front desk to ask for a cot and was told that it would not fit in the room, so my three teenaged daughters had to share one of the beds. Fortunately it was only for one night. 」
