"As a solo female traveller, this was perfection - the front of house staff in particular were charming and helpful at all times, and at the eateries I tried, always friendly and super efficient. The room was fabulous, very clean and comfortable with a view of both the city skyline and lake. In addition, small thoughtful touches make it very user friendly such as "comfort lights" which come on in the dark from under the bed or dimly in the bathroom so you don't stub a toe or blind yourself with full lighting in the middle of the night - and a security tab to prevent the door being opened from the outside. It was a safe and very relaxed stay on a super busy couple of days in the area due to a concert at Soldier Field but the hotel never felt overwhelmed. As a comparison - I went to look at another very high profile hotel close by and walked around the foyer and into two food courts, where not one staff member looked up, greeted me or asked if they could help, two were on their phones. In contrast, at the Hyatt regency, whenever I walked into the foyer staff were always scanning for guests and would greet me even across the hall! Highly recommended for any group or solo and I will be back!"

"Beeeessssst In town fuied, home home didn't want to leave felt like a stomach camp for adults didn't even think about going back home it was an oasis of an oasis and wish I never left and never went once meaning by the science and fact that I did have to go home eventually and I'll be definitely going back prices yesterday the fluctuate but that's life it is well worth to stay if you are staying away from your homestead your heart and center is the best place to go when you're not with your loved ones"

"Although staff in previous online conversation did not mention an Expedia reservation came with additional perks including late checkout (which is why I had started the online conversation)- the front desk person did inform me of this at check in which was a nice surprise. Room was clean. Easy to find the place."

"I was upgraded to a larger room with amazing views upon request for my birthday weekend stay ! All of the staff were friendly and professional and Willie with housekeeping was especially helpful getting me an extra blanket and making some local recommendations for food and attractions. He was very kind and a real asset to the hotel staff . My server Juan in the 720 restaurant was also very nice . The breakfast buffet was excellent, a little pricey but includes all drinks including fresh OJ . The bacon and pancakes were delicious. I didn’t try the other restaurant Kittys . Only the rooms facing the street have views so keep that in mind when booking a room otherwise you’ll be facing a wall . The rooms are clean and beds are pretty comfortable . All in all a very good stay"
