「This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying...

「Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting with everything you need to rest, relax, and enjoy this lovely part of New York state. Highly recommend!」

「When we arrived at the property, there were people hanging out in front of the main entrance, smoking cigarettes, smoking, marijuana, leaving cigarette butts all over the ground. The checkout representative at the window was as helpful as she could be. We arrived at 6 PM on Friday. We were late for a rehearsal dinner for a wedding that we had been in town for so we dropped our stuff in rushed. Noticed the next morning there were a little bugs, crawling around the countertop and the top of the...

「Beautiful little apartment, walking to shops and easy parking」

「Extra $12 was charged at check in. Kitchent is empty/nothing: no plates, cups, spoon or anything. Who need such Kitchent.」

「The property was clean and pet friendly. However, the small extended stay room with a kitchen had no glasses or bowls or flat ware. You can't expect any additional accomodations beyond the room.」

「nice and clean quiet and well provisioned. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.」

「The apartment had everything you would need to stay a few days. It is not modern but very quaint so if you are looking for hotel modern keep looking but if you like the comfort of home you get that feeling right here」

「Lamps didn't work, no trash can, no glasses in the room. Only place we could find on a holiday weekend. Won't stay there otherwise.」

「Checked out local spots nearby, easy parking available.」

「Kelly and Joe’s property was beautiful, the check in and check out process was smooth and easy, and the location was perfect for our planned activities. The property made our special weekend even more perfect as a newly engaged couple!」

「Really charming place, close to town, and a very welcoming host.」

「Conveniently located and clean with an easy parking lot. The place was fine, but a pretty big disparity between the listing, professional feeling web interface, huge deposit and real life. Ultimately, it was ‘fine’ - comfortable and served the purpose for our trip. The coffee bar (Keurig with plenty of pods) and coffee pot was nice to have, but there was ONE coffee mug, two disposable cups, and one travel mug that seems to have been left behind. This was so odd since coffee bar is literally...

「Loved our stay! The house is cozy and well cared for. Plenty of room and everything we might have needed. Thanks so much for the nice message, it really shows that you care about your guests :)」

「Visiting West Point for ring weekend. Location was great and the reason we chose the place. Property itself could really use some TLC, but it met our needs. Communication with the owner was good and gaining access to the property was straightforward. Would consider staying here again just based on the close proximity to West Point.」

「Kevin was very friendly, kindly assisting us with check-in (even when we even gave limited notice about our arrival time!) and giving us a tour of the garden and his property grounds. While he lives upstairs, he was entirely non-intrusive during our stay. A really beautiful property in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The rental unit had everything we needed, was very clean, and offered a fun little escape into a DJ dream respite.」
