「Très bon emplacement, devant la télécabine Mont-joie, donc très pratique. Belle vue sur les dômes de Miage. La demi heure de jacuzzi sauna est très agréable après la journée dans la neige. Et surtout, surtout, nous avons excellemment bien mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel, très soigné, très raffiné, pour un prix très correct. Le seul point noir, c’est le café! Poudre dans la chambre, pas de machine, et le café du petit dej à revoir… pas digne d’un 4 étoiles 」

「Hotel is situated at a good location within the old town. Nevertheless, taking advantage of this to deny any functionality or care to bathrooms in rooms and to common places in general is just not fair considering the prices being charged. A shower with full mold in grouts or a hand held shower head with broken height adjuster is just simple disrespect to not only the industry being part of, but also to the guest. This is my second stay in the hotel and it's getting worse as time passes. Never...
