“We had a lovely stay at this property. Owner Gerd is such a nice person, provided enough information before arrival and showed us everything when we checked in. Property is well maintained and rooms are big and clean. Location is just a bit outskirt of town but well manageable by foot to the centre and the train station (even in snow). train takes 15 minutes to Nuremberg central. Greek restaurant opposite house is lovely and price are good. Gerd offered us a free ride with our luggage on the day……

“Sehr gut organisierte Übergabe des Hauses. Haus ist interessant renoviert und hat auch einen großen Garten, den wir zwar aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht nutzten, aber dennoch als gut empfanden. Hier kann man sicher gut seine Hunde laufen lassen, da alles eingezäunt ist. Im Winter ist es leider eher schwer, das Gebäude gut warm zu halten, da aus wohl baulichen Gründen nur Infrarotheizungen vorhanden sind und gleichzeitig das Gebäude nicht sehr gut isoliert zu sein scheint. “The idea of the apartment was great. I was worried about the self check in but the process was smooth. The apartment itself was well presented.
