Used this as a spot to rest in between adventures. Perfect for that. Hotel is clean and hosts are knowledgable and accommodating. Extended stay a second night because of change in plans. Lovely balcony with mountain view. Kitchen was a nice addition and allowed us to store and heat up leftovers instead of dining out again. Would stay here again.

This place is a hidden gem.. I found it accidentally and have been to Marmaris so many times before staying in all inclusive expensive hotels and other apartments but nothing compares to this property. From the owner ILhan, the manager Yassar, the night time security Ibrahim the cleaning ladies, Fadime, Aynur and Sema couldn’t have done enough for us. They made our holiday fantastic and I will be returning next year and will be booking very soon. This place is exceptional and should be rated 5 stars !!. There is nothing they haven’t thought off. The place is spotless the pool is fabulous the accommodation beautiful. I would like to thank everyone off these people for making our holiday so special and so much fun. See you all very soon. The only thing , l booked the hotel by dollar and they charged me by euro and price difference was $80 per room which l had booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and price difference was $480 at expedía website and my price l paid , and truly l feel like l screwed up $480 , l really didn’t like it Please check your reservation and price before you check in with hotel

Otelde kahvaltı dahil diye konakladık fakat kahvaltı ücretini istediler.Temizlik ortalama düzeyinde idi.Odalar çok dar hareket alanı sınırlı.Bi şey istediğimiz zaman sayı ile veriyorlar.Yorumlar şişirilmiş bence.Marmarise bir daha gelsem tercih etmem.

Für unsere zwei Nächte war das Hotelzimmer ausreichend. Ohne viel Schnick Schnack. Wir hatten eine Suite, weshalb es sehr geräumig war. Viel Platz auch im Kleiderschrank. Das fanden wir gut. Badezimmer wurde dafür klein gehalten. Die Reinigung war ausreichend. Wären wir länger geblieben, würde ich wahrscheinlich 2-3 Dinge bemängeln, wie z.B. Schmierflecken an Türken, ungereinigtes Spülbecken, Handabdrücke an Mikrowelle, nicht gereinigter Zahnputzbecher. Deshalb alles auch nicht genutz, außer den praktischen Kühlschrank mit Kühlfach. Die Handtücher sind zwar gewaschen, jedoch waren sehr viele bräunliche, gelbe Flecken vorhanhen. Eventuell sollten diese erneuert werden. Das macht keinen guten Eindruck. Wir hatten auch einen großen Balkon, den wir leider nicht nutzen konnten. Dort wurde die Anlage für die Klimaanlagen gestellt. Sehr unpraktisch gemacht und deshalb auch ziiemlich heiß mit heißen Außentemperaturen gewesen.

It was a short walk to the beach, that was doable and nice. The apartment was nice, and ok size for 2adults and 2children, But one could hear everything from the hallway and loud music in the night.

Alt var glimrende. Vi har fått en apartment som bestod av stor soverom, kjøkken, stua, wc/bad og en balkong. Alt var meget rent, og klimaanlegg fungerte utmerket. Beligenhet var også bra, 5 min til stranda og hoved turistgate. Vi har fått gratis frokost den siste dagen, da vi skule reise videre. Stor takk for hjelpsome personale.

Princess Kinli is a lovely small modern hotel in walking distance to the beach and town in a quiet area of Marmaris. It has a pool and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was perfect for our stay.

The place was amazing rooms cleaned every single day we was meant to be staying for 8 days ended up staying for 11 days the hotel staff were very accommodating and we will be returning in the future this hotel is genuinely less than 10 minutes from blue port has all the kitchen ette and everything great for small families or couples looking for a quiet place to stay with friendly staff going out their way to help you the hotel manager has the biggest mention for us as he made our stay so much better with how friendly and well spoken with English he was the he hotel for us is 5 stars I would also like to state this hotel is open all year round and a main factor is aircon is included in the price
