The boat ride along the ghats, the genuine care from the staff, and the breathtaking night-time Maha Aarti viewed from the boat made for an unforgettable, mesmerizing experience. "Running water in the washroom was dirty and yellow, no hot water on the last day, room was not clean, towel did not feel clean, no view, extremely noisy and dirty area. Hotel right on the road. The hotel and room was sprayed with awful scents and could not breathe. This was the worse part. The breakfast was not clean. Bread was stale and dry. There was a dead fly sitting on one of the food items and had to tell the waiter and took it away only after telling him. Very disgusting. "
