「AC fan in bedroom was loud and rattled. There was no way to turn it off at the thermostat, or unplug it. The night front desk staff was useless in helping.」

「We loved the location and the hotel was very nice. We had dinner in the restaurant which had a good offering for any teste. In the evening we enjoyed a nice cocktail in the crows nest on the 6th floor with great views. Easy walk to downtown with many shops and places to eat. We would definitely stay there again.」

「The room was lovely. Great location. Helpful front desk staff. Great breakfast. No pool or hot tub, but nice fitness room, back patio with a grill and small fenced basketball court.」

「Overall the rooms were clean and the staff was good, the positivity stops there. The state of this property is the issue. Don’t trust the pictures. The rooms are clean but beds and furniture are very worn. The bathroom was out of the 1980s. Pool, hot tub, and sauna are in deplorable condition. The day we left there was an altercation outside across the street with some homeless individuals where the police were called. Safety probably not the best with location. It’s time for the wrecking...

「This place was one of my favorites on the trip. The room was beautiful and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel had snacks and an evening get-together on the patio. You could walk to dinner and take a bike ride in the morning. Liz, the concierge, was so sweet and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.」

「Easy check-in/check-out process. Room was clean, TV worked, conveniently located, reasonably priced. My only complaint is the lack of pillows and bedding. Pillows were insanely flat/thin, only 2 provided along with a thin comforter and loose sheet. Could have been more comfortable. The shower also would randomly get scorching hot for a good 10-15 seconds. The toilet also off and on sounded like it was trying to fill the tank constantly.」
