Main floor 2 bedroom apartment centrally located in Marquette. Quiet pets allowed with fee! Each bedroom boasts a comfortable queen size bed & closet for storage. Living room has a comfy couch, large flat screen w/ cable tv & hdmi capabilities, pull out futon w/ memory foam to comfortably sleep 2 more guests. Kitchen has a stove, fridge, sink & dining table w/ chairs, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, microwave & coffee maker w/ filters. Bathroom equipped w/a shower, towels & toilet paper. Air conditioning in summer. Plowed parking & shoveling in winter. Laundry in basement. This apartment is a mile or so from Lake Superior beaches & Lower Harbor. Directly across the street from Blackrock's Brewery, Third St Bagel, Sweet Water Cafe & Downwind Sports. Within walking distance of many local restaurants (Third St Bagel, SweetWater, Vango's, Stucko's, Casa Calabria, Portside, Steinhaus, Landmark, Sol Azteca & Lagniappe), pubs & breweries (Blackrocks, Ore Dock, Vierling, Third Base & Flanigan's), wedding venues (Landmark Inn, Masonic Temple, Marquette History Museum, Yacht Yard & Ore Dock Brewery), Marquette General Hospital (Duke Lifepoint) & Northern Michigan University!! We arrived to have someone in our unit. Owners said they could come clean it but would be an hour. We ended up in the upstairs unit and the 1st night was freezing. No heat control, contacted the owner who said its difficult this time of year, hed ask the lower unit (the one i booked) to turn their heat up.

This property is in a great location. Black Rocks Brewery is directly across the street. There are many restaurants nearby. Downtown with all the shops and restaurants is just a quick, easy walk, even in winter! Beds were comfortable. Small but efficient bathroom. Furnished well. Parking behind home for 1-2 cars off street. Would stay here again.

Best girls weekend location we have ever had. Would have loved to stay longer. We all slept so well with the very comfortable beds. We even checked brands so we could buy some for our own guest rooms. So much fun. Great amenities. Hosts very responsive. Loved every minute.
