Wonderful place. The service from the moment we arrived was amazing. We were offered tea during check-in, and the staff took our luggage to our room. We also booked the hammam and spa, which was totally worth it. The room was very nice, and we absolutely loved the decor. Overall, a lovely experience.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at Bliss. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent. We were only in Marrakech for a short time, but we'd happily return (and hopefully get to experience a spa treatment and the breakfast next time!).

I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad. The room was perfect, and the bathroom felt luxurious and spa-like with every detail thoughtfully designed. The service was impeccable from start to finish. I was picked up from the airport, and when the car could go no further through the medina, a member of staff was waiting to walk me the rest of the way. It made arriving completely stress-free. I was welcomed with fresh mint tea, which was such a lovely introduction to Moroccan hospitality. Breakfast each morning was delicious and felt like a truly authentic Moroccan experience. The pool was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and the hamman and massage experience was incredibly calming and rejuvenating. Overall, it was an exceptional stay, and I would happily return.

Excellent value for money. The hotel itself gave a great sense of its history with grand front entrance and intricately carved wooden doors. Rooftop breakfast was delicious and proportions kept me going until late dinner. Staff were very helpful and polyglot. Will definitely stay at Bliss on next trip to Marrakech if this popular Riad isn’t already completely booked.

This property is a spa and salon first and then a place to stay. Please do not go with this property based on the pictures cause either then or Expedia has put up multiple photos of different rooms in one room category leading to you thinking your room will have certain amenities and it won't. This is deceit at it's highest level. I had booked an executive room based on the pictures provided considering it had a huge terrace and privacy but was assigned a completely different room which was in the ground floor next to their salon. Every morning I got up noise outside my room and constant irritation. There was a huge cockroach in my room and openly moving around the property. This was a nightmare stay.
