During your stay, you will have access to the entire property as well as outdoor spaces (, garden,parking, inner courtyard, elevators, etc...).

Thanks to the ideal location of our apartment on a large avenue you will have easy access to the taxis or can opt for a pleasant walk. The main attractions and restaurants are all a few steps from our apartment.
Other things to note
Some co-ownership rules to respect: for a peaceful stay in peace for all, the managers of the residence in particular the management company and the co-owners prohibit:

- loud music or any kind of noise after 10pm,
- external guests not reported during booking ( man or/and woman) ,
- couple of Arab and/or unmarried Muslims. (Moroccan law)
