“Fabulous hotel. The all inclusive food at the restaurant had a wide and varied selection. The pools were very clean and there was plenty of sunbeds. The Spa had a wide range of treatments. The 50 minute 'Relaxing Massage' was excellent. The Spa was clean and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile. There was nothing negative about my stay. I would highly recommend.”

“Amazing facilities, beautiful pool, spa, patio dining room and gym. Everything is very clean and modern and well maintained. The food and drinks were excellent.”

“I had a lovely stay at PL Place. It was quiet, relaxing and the staff were so lovely to us and treated us very kindly which we appreciated so much. If you like calm and luxury, this is the place for you. There was a staff member who was so lovely in the day time who helped move our sun beds, umbrella around etc. and a very lovely staff member who worked in the evenings and made sure lighting would be on when we were walking in and out late. The staff at the gate were so lovely. And Also the……

“Palais Zaitunay is AMAZING..... From the door we could feel this good vibe ! A large squared golden door made us entering such in a beautiful modern house, far away from the classical maroccan hotels visited the past few years in Marrakech ! Not far away from a "Case Study" by Richard Neutra, we have been welcomed with smiles and kindness. All the team is helpful, great and make us spending a really nice stay. The room is beautiful, large and offering a cool view on the amazing swimming pool. A……

“Worst stay of our trip — would not return We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 3 with a toddler, and unfortunately this was hands down the worst place we’ve stayed. Location / Shuttle: The hotel is around 30 minutes from the centre. There is a shuttle service, but we were misled by reception on several occasions about when it was actually running, which left us stranded and having to make alternative plans. Room: The room itself was clean, but it was showing clear signs of wear and tear and……

“The friendly staff are the only saving grace of this property. The hotel is very run-down and in desperate need of a full renovation. Having no running water for two days during our stay made for an unacceptable experience. To top it off, the location is inconvenient, and the hotel enforces a bizarre policy banning guests from ordering online food delivery to their rooms—something standard in almost every country we've visited. Between the infrastructure failures and restrictive rules, I cannot……
