Luxury villa with private pool route de lalla takerkous

Our beautiful villa of 280m2 on a property of 7800 M² is fully wooded with its private pool ideally located just outside of Marrakech towards the road to the dam with four golf courses nearby. 16 km in a straight line and slightly removed from the road which allows calm and rest
It consists of a double bedroom with bathroom and three double bedrooms each with shower room. A living room with satellite TV and internet, wood stove and a fitted kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, washing machine.
It is decorated with a mixed Moroccan and contemporary style
The pool is 12m x 6m and the maximum depth is 1.80m. It is maintained by the gardener once a day and has its own filtration system which takes place at regular intervals throughout the day. It is surrounded by a pool house with lounge, table and lounge chair for your comfort
There is air conditioning and heating in all rooms except the kitchen which has a fan
A cleaning lady is available two days a week. Additional cleaning can be arranged for 20 euros per day.
The property is guarded day and night
We can organize your airport transfers, car rental, meals… ..
On your arrival, we will provide you with a detailed map of Marrakech and we will explain all the important points for your visits. A breakfast is provided to you on the day of your arrival
A car is essential
Our local representative hanan will welcome you on arrival if we are not present in Marrakech

Beautiful house on the countryside of Marrakesh

We had a lovely stay, the house is amazing! The kids lived the pool amd the garden.The staff, Amina and Mohammed were so friendly and helpfull, Amina makes the best breakfast.In the small village you can but fresh eggs, fresh bread and butter, all the items for breakfast. Also 10 min walk is the road, where you can buy softdrinks and snacks. In the bigger village of Thamesloht you can also shop groceries as fresh vegetables and meat!A car is good to have, but taxi’s are also an option.
