I stayed at Riad L’Etoile D’Orient for 4 nights in September 2026 and had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, with a comfortable king bed, mini fridge, large bathroom, walk-in shower, and well-(much needed)-functioning AC. The location is perfect—I walked to most major attractions within 2–15 minutes. The staff were the best, they were friendly, helpful, and provided great local recommendations. I also used their airport transfer service, which was on time and well organized. 10/10 would recommend.

Staff was very helpful and very accommodating. Free breakfast was amazing. This riad is also very quiet, despite being in an incredible location that is less than 100 meter from the bustling souk markets. The only minor criticism I have is that the soap dispenser for shower didn’t work well, but that is just nitpicking. You won’t regret staying there.

Great place for groups, everyroom has its bathroom. Great breakfast. In the middle of the city center, market, need to navigate a little to get to the place, but once in the riad it’s great.

This riad is in a great location, with amazingly helpful staff, nothing was to much for them they helped us organise a private guide and a private trip. A very lovely, well maintained and clean riad. Centrally located with a 3 minute walk to the Medina main square. A delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace daily. More importantly, a special shout out to the hotel staff (Abdelaziz, AbdelAlt, AbdelAtif, Fati and Ayman) that made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. They were extremely friendly, professional and helpful with our questions about Marrakesh We enjoyed many great conversations with them throughout our stay!

So happy I chose this riad for my stay in Marrakech - it's in the heart of the medina and within walking distance of the key sites, with Jemaa El Fnaa, Koutoubia mosque, the souks, Bahia palace and the madrassa all within 10-15 minutes on foot. It was very quiet, rooms and bedding were comfortable and spotless, and the on-site hammam was superb. Fati, Abdulaziz and the rest of the team were incredible hosts. They went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed every minute of my stay at the riad and in the city. I had the best time. I can't recommend this riad enough...10/10

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this riad in the Medina. The riad itself was beautiful, peaceful, and such a special place to come back to after exploring Marrakech. A huge part of what made our stay so memorable was Hanane. She took such amazing care of us throughout our stay — preparing our breakfast every morning, keeping the riad beautiful, helping us whenever we needed anything, and guiding us along the way. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always very discreet. Having someone like her there made such a difference and made us feel completely at home. We also had a traditional hammam directly inside the riad, followed by massages, and it was an incredible experience. The two women who came to take care of us were wonderful, and the massages were absolutely amazing. We also received so much help from the main riad, especially with recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. We followed many of their suggestions and had a fantastic experience. Everything about our stay was wonderful, from the beautiful riad itself to the people who took such good care of us. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech and would happily stay here again. ❤️ Thank you, and especially thank you to Hanane, for making our time in Marrakech so special!

Nous avons passés 8 jours dans ce riad. L'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est bienveillant, à l'écoute, souriant. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon. Nous avons prix le dîner qui été excellent et bien copieux. Nous avons découvert leur thé qui est juste parfait. Le riad est très bien placé, la rue est passante mais le riad est calme.
