Hotel moderno y con una decoración muy cuidada. Accesos en coche hasta casi el hotel (sólo hay que andar 100 m). Limpio y cómodo. Tranquilo y lejos del bullicio de los zocos.

Nice Riad to experience life in Marrakesh

Although the hotel is right inside of the market, once you cross the entrance door, you are transported into the genuine Riad experience, with beautifully decorated ceilings and other Moroccan style furniture. Amazingly the noise from the outside buzzling streets cannot be heard inside. Do not be misled by the picture posted in the hotel site. THERE IS NO POOL, only a crumbling hole in the roof. Mohamed in reception and Jazmin plus another lady that clean and make breakfast are the best features of the hotel, really nice and helpful with the limited resources they have. Our room had an electrical short and he immediately took care of it. Breakfast, although the same everyday, is wonderfully prepared and served by the ladies. If you need tissues (Kleenex), you can buy them at the corner store, as this is not provided by the hotel.

Superbe Ryad, calme accueillant et offrant des prestations plus qu'agréables (piscine, spa, massage). Le personnel est à votre écoute et extrêmement prévenant. Situé dans le quartier du Mellha, derrière la place des Ferblantiers un peu en dehors de l'agitation touristique autour de Jemaa El Fna, ce Ryad est parfait pour qui veux se plonger dans un Marrakech plus local.

Great location and service

I want to congratulate the Hotel team. The service was great and everyone was so kind and helpful with us. The room and the whole hotel installations are really good. Besides that, the location of the Riad is great if you want go sightseeing and visit the main touristic attractions. I would like to mention that the name of the Riad is actually Salam 40 (Riad luxe 40 is the group name). It was a little hard for us to find the Riad, because the name is not the same as in Hoteles.com and google maps (which probably was not updated) was showing other street as the right location. But this is not the Riad's responsibility. I just want to mention it in order to make it easier for other guests.

Un accueil de qualité dans un très beau riad ( mais vieillissant) qui se trouve à proximité des sites à visiter. Un grand merci à Mohamed, qui s'est être présent , mais toujours avec discrétion. Le seul bémol, le ménage qui pourrait être fait de façon plus rigoureuse. Sans hésitation, nous pourrions conseiller ce riad à des amis.

Favorable en beaucoup de points

Un personnel à l'écoute, souriant. Un riad très joli, tranquille. Avec une piscine sur le toit très rare à Marrakech. Seul bémol, la chambre la moins chère se situe sur la petite rue donc un peu de bruit contrairement à toutes les autres chambres, mais cela reste acceptable. Un petit déjeuner copieux. On y retournera j'espère un jour...

Great Riad with great staff!

A great Riad in a convenient location. The staff were great - really helpful and friendly. The rooms were very well appointed with great showers/wet rooms and very comfortable beds. The roof terrace was amazing - comfortable loungers and a brilliant plunge pool. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Nice quiet hotel in good location

Lovely little hotel in the backstreets behind Place Des Ferblantiers. Rooftop pool, so long as they haven't drained it without telling you. Helpful staff, nice breakfast, service good but can be patchy. We got it at 70% off the rack rate and at that price definitely a steal.

Great hotel in Marrakesch

Hotel is in very narrow old street. It was difficult to find and to regognise that this is really a hotel from outside. Inside hotel is really nice old building. Service was outstanding. Everybody were very helpfull. One reseptionist even used his personal time to get me gluteen free bread farway without me requesting it.

Excelente hotel boutique

Estuvimos en el hotel 5 noches y nos encanto. Es un placer, te atienden muy bien, desayuno rico, la decoracion es perfecta, es muy tranquilo, nada de ruidos, todo limpio y ordenado, todos los dias servicio de habitacion. Ninguna queja todo perfecto! Esta bien ubicado cerca de una de las entradas de la medina, cerca de zoco de especias. Le damos 10 puntos. Lo super recomendamos!!
