"The service from various staff were inconsistent. The individuals working the gate entrance were fantastic. Always attentive to get us a cab or car as we head out no matter the time of day or nights. However the concierge was at times rude or dismissive. I requested a bottle of water and was scolded and told I should get it from the bar. I informed him that the atm screen was not working and he directed me to use the machine outside when in face there isn’t another ATM machine outside the hotel; rather it’s about a block away called bank of Africa. No one approached me at pool side for service. At breakfast, the waiter couldn’t get my coffee order correct. While sitting in the lounge just outside the hotel, I watched as tea was offered to other guests present and I was ignored. As a woman of color, I’m just irritated in being in a space and either not being seen or being treated with disrespect even at a 5 star hotel."

"I booked this hotel last minute without even checking the reviews, and it turned out to be the best decision! The hotel was absolutely immaculate—everything was spotless and so clean. The rooftop pool is incredible and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were great, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, and I’ve already recommended it to my family and friends. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"

"Everything about our stay was 5 stars! The staff were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. A special thank you to Hiba from Guest Relations and Dora from the Entertainment Team, who truly made our stay unforgettable. If I could give them 6 stars, I absolutely would! They are a real credit to the hotel, and we can’t wait to come back."

"Our stay at the Savoy Le Grand Marrakech was absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every single day. Every member of staff we encountered throughout the hotel was warm, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel at home. The level of hospitality was outstanding, and it really made our stay special. Unfortunately, the spa was a completely different experience and the only disappointing part of our stay. I was refused a massage because I have a very small amount of psoriasis. I found this extremely upsetting and unprofessional. After I questioned their decision and explained that it is a mild, non-contagious skin condition, they suddenly changed their minds and said they would carry out the massage after all. By that point, however, I no longer felt comfortable. To make matters worse, the spa staff were giggling together in French while discussing the situation, which made me feel judged and embarrassed. Whether they were talking about me or not, it was completely inappropriate and left me with no confidence in receiving treatment, so I decided not to go ahead with the massage. It was a real shame because the spa experience fell far below the exceptional standards of the rest of the hotel. Despite this, I would absolutely return to the Savoy Le Grand Marrakech because every other aspect of our stay was excellent. Next time, however, I’ll be booking my spa treatments elsewhere."
