Avoid at all costs

No record of our booking, lift was broken, the room had no electricity, towels, or soap. We were relocated to a room on the 6th floor via the stairs. The printer was broken. On a scale of one to ten, this hotel was a minus 5!

Camere vecchie e Wi-Fi mal funzionante

Siamo arrivati in hotel e ci hanno detto che la non avevano camere, quindi ci hanno sistemato in un appartamento vecchio e fatiscente. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Le foto purtroppo non rispecchiano affatto la realtà, in quanto anche la stanza che dopo ci è stata assegnata è risultata tutt’altroncon Bagni vecchissimi. Inoltre il Wi-Fi non prendeva praticamente mai, sia al terzo che al sesto piano!!!! La zona è a 25 minuti a piedi dalla Medina e praticamente nel pieno del nuovo quartiere Guéliz.

Totalement déçu !

Très cher pour les services proposés. Pour les serviettes il faut leur rappeler. La propreté laisse à desirer. Très bruyant d une part par les environs de l hôtel et d autre part par le voisinage des chambres, on pouvait tout entendre.... Nous avons retrouvés la porte de chambre ouverte après que les femmes de ménage soit passées. Le seul point positif est la proximité à Gueliz.

Good location but the facilities need renovation

We stayed at the place for 3 nights. Check-in was quick and organized, we were given the option to take a look at the available rooms and to pick the one we liked, which was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is within a walkable distance to all of the main tourist attractions. It’s also close to many bus stops, including the one for bus No. 19 which runs from the airport to downtown. What we didn’t like was the overall cleanliness - there was dust all over the place, the shower was dirty and you could see mold on the walls, there might have been some problem with the canalization bc there was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom... Also there wasn’t a ventilation but a small window connecting the bathroom and the main corridor. The air conditioner was very noisy. Right next to the hotel there is a seafood restaurant and all of the smoke and smell was going right into our balcony.

Hôtel trés modeste ! A notre arrivée, bien que tardive, 23h, notre chambre était donnée ,,,Nous avons était placer en transite ! Absence de piscine ! pas de télé ! pas de produit de douche ! Pas de micro onde ! pas de quoi cuisiner !!! Nous serons plus vigilent la prochaine fois.

A warning to other travelers. I can't say this hotel is anything other than unprofessional. Upon arrival they claimed they lost my reservations and all their rooms were booked up for the night. It was too late for me to cancel so luckily they did bring us to another hotel, even though this hotel was subpar and we paid cash on top of already charging another room we could not stay in, it was a place to sleep so we were thankful. Customer service has tried to reach them but I have not received a refund and the hotel will not verify that I did not stay there.
