The reason we give thsi property any stars is because the property is beautifully done with local esthetics and it is spacious. However when we arrived the property was hardly livable. I would give it negative 5 on functionality. 2 of 5 rooms had no heating, we were promised a technician to fix who never showed up until we left. Most showers and sinks do not drain, by the time you are done showering, you are in inches of used water almost spilling out. For a group of 10 were provided about 5 hand towels, no bath towels, we were told that is because if had rained. We also had to empty the washing machine for us to be able to use it. While most house was clean, we found used cups on counter with angs crawling in them. There was also half cooked meal on stove top.
While the owner was responsive and acknowledged the issues, no action however was taken, except some promises that were not kept. I do not think the property as we got it should be acceptable, not sure how expedia or VRBO ensures the property is in acceptable state.
