We guarantee a SPOTLESSLY clean and well appointed space. We are located 1 mile from the quaint town of Mars Hill and 20 min from Asheville. Fibre-optic internet and excellent cellphone coverage are a must. Set in a pretty garden, 75 yards from the road, it enjoys access to 50 acres and private walks with views of the Smoky Mountains. We respond very quickly to all requests before and DURING your stay. Enjoy birdsong and wildlife while relaxing on the deck.

Great location in the mountains
My favorite moments of the stay were spent sitting on the porch in the morning, listening to the birds sing. I have a bird song ID app on my phone, and was able to identify over 15 different bird species. So great to hear each song. The property has everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

This place felt like I was home. Beautiful lush green pasture land. Immaculate condition. Such a perfect stay. Full huge kitchen. Wrap around porch to sit out at night. Just amazing people who owned the place. You ask a question and there is an immediate answer. Can’t say enough. Will go back.

Great Cottage getaway!
The cottage was on a beautiful property site. The inside was immaculate. There was a cute basket and a handwritten note for us. Even the towels were wrapped up in a bow on the bed. The rooms were cozy and the living room was adorable to relax in! Loved this quaint, beautiful place!

Very Quiet stay
