Could be better

Good points: Very friendly host. Nice house (apart from lack of oven and dishwasher), garden and pool. Less good points: On arrival, multiple advertised items had issues - aircon not working in main bedroom, oven and dishwasher in house didn't work so had to cook in an outbuilding all week, no WIFI or parasol (brought when I contacted the host), no bbq (I'd given up at this point so just left it).

Vacanza in Sicilia

Abbiamo fatto base in questa bella villa x una vacanza con amici. La casa è molto spaziosa e formata da una casa principale e una depandance. Nella casa principale ci sono tre camere da letto al primo piano con due bagni, mentre il terzo bagna si trova a pianterreno. La quarta camera si trova nella depandance esterna che è un grande locale con cucina TV bagno e appunto possibile di preparare dei letti. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno lasciato in casa del cibo per la colazione. La posizione è vicina alla città di Marsala ma nello stesso tempo in un posto tranquillo. Noi soddisfatti.

Fantastic family villa with gorgeous pool, 5 min drive from Marsala's old town

We have just returned from a lovely holiday at Villa Tiffany. It is a beautiful house with plenty of amenities and a gorgeous large pool. It really is as lovely as the pictures! The owners of the property met us there and showed us round the house. They had kindly provided some food for us to settle in with (pasta, passata, jam, croissants etc). There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. One has a double bed, AC and an en suite (shower, bidet and toilet). The other two bedrooms have twin beds (but it looks like these can be pushed together to make doubles if that suits better). One of these two twin bedrooms has AC and the other doesn't, but we left the bedroom doors open overnight, as the owners suggested, which allowed the cool air to circulate. Downstairs there is a kitchen, utility room, large living-dining room and a bathroom with a bath. There is AC downstairs also. There is a large building at the rear of the house which also has a sofa bed in it, 2 children's beds, and its own bathroom with shower and AC, and a kitchenette. We were asked to pay in cash when we arrived at the property, which proved difficult as most of our cards had daily limits on them for how much you could withdraw at a time. But otherwise check in was smooth. The property is managed by a company called Buena Onda who are based in Puglia I believe. They responded promptly to emails direct to their email address but were not so good at replying to messages via Vrbo. Would really recommend a stay in the lovely Villa Tiffany. The lovely owners even paid some of our bill when we bumped into them at a local pizza restaurant they had recommended.
