The staff were helpful and friendly. I had booked a deluxe room with I believe a Queen Ann double bed. The room we were given had three single beds. The hotels definition of deluxe is nothing like my mine as it certainly wasn't deluxe. We had to complain to the reception as our room was directly above the pub which is part of the hotel, which played loud thumping music through the day until the early hours of night. We was not offered an alternative room.

We arrived to be told our room was in TJ Boutique it was clean but no furniture on balcony, so going for breakfast was a walk to the hotel we only went twice because it was like a feeding frenzy. staff we didnt see many as our room was in the boutique and was not manned.the cleaner was so lovely and helpful Harry's Arms was the best part the staff were great the pool was ok not the best but glad ir wasnt salt water I would return but I would like to know in advance if I wasnt in the main hotel as I would not book with breakfast as walking to the main hotel every morning and having to find a table wasnt great

The three-star hotel met our expectations. Although it is currently undergoing renovations, it did not disrupt our stay. The manager and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room has everything we needed, it is clean, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is ample. The area is peaceful and close to the sea.

I wish I could have reviewed this property fully. However upon arrival I was told that I was staying at one of their sister hotels, TJ Boutique. While it was a 5 minute walk away it had none of the amenities that Cerviola hotel offered. So every morning I would go to the main hotel for breakfast, the pool, laundry services, etc. TJ Boutique was cute, the AC was nice and the cleaning staff always did an amazing job. The staff at the main hotel were some of the most accommodating and kind people I have ever met. They answered all my questions about the Public transit and recommended some good restaurants near the hotel. While I would have preferred to stay at this hotel, TJ Boutique was a good alternative with the benefit of the main hotel’s amenities.

be very aware when booking this hotel!!! arrived,receptionist asked for our passport then asked for payment!!! once paid we were told that we would not be staying in hotel but in the area ,but could use the hotel for breakfast and pool !!!! wow how kind when I paid for a superior double with balcony !!! i stood my ground to be offerd a tiny room ...no balcony ... small window onto another building !!! Again i stood my ground and told her that was the worst room i had ever seen ! then got the room i had booked in first place . disgrace ...never again .. dont part with money !!! untill you see room

The reception staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was very good . Lots of choice and well stocked at all times. The swimming pool was very clean at all times and the surrounding area was very adequate with some new shade canopies added. The bedrooms were ok. Clean and just served its purpose . Somewhere to sleep and shower. Bit of a mix up when arriving. As I booked for 2 rooms and was told one room was across the road in sister block.As I booked in September I would have thought we would have been together!!!!. Other than that a lovely stay was had by all.

I did not like the fact that on-line this property claimed to have a restaurant. They DID NOT have a restaurant which was OPEN. A 10-15 minute walk away was a take-out pizza joint. To reach an actual restaurant required a taxi ride there and back. They do have a kitchen, and the morning breakfast (included) was excellent.

On nous a changé de chambre en le présentant comme « upgrade » mais ça n’en était pas du tout un. La chambre était enfaite dans un autre hôtel qui devait former un partenariat. Bref on a dû à chaque fois marcher jusqu’à l’autre hôtel pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine et du petit déjeuner. Le logement est conforme à la description et on avait même un balcon. Il est bien entretenu malgré le support pour le papier toilette qui s’est effondré dès la première utilisation. Hormis ça, le petit déjeuner était royal, très complet la piscine est bien entretenue et l’hôtel est très bien situé dans la ville.
