“We needed a villa with 11 rooms and 11 bathrooms and this was just PERFECT! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and LOVED the scenery and the wine cellar that came with it. The breakfast spread was good and very convenient and the traditional dinner was very nice as well. We loved the big kitchen and the dining areas. We would have enjoyed the outdoor tables if the weather was warmer. Several of us enjoyed the private chapel as well. ”

“Simonetta was delightful and explained everything very well. When we needed her she responded quickly. The little house is adorable and had everything we needed. The view- Fantastic!! A lovely patio and chairs to sit on as we sipped the wonderful wine from her vineyard and enjoyed the view. We also enjoyed meeting her son who runs the wine shop and helped us decide with our tastings. Orvieto is an ancient city not to be missed. ”

“Beautiful villa of your dreams on a hillside near Cortona. Everything was exactly as described and the villa is very large. We had 4 couples each in the 4 master bedrooms which are huge and very nicely separated. Be aware the road up to the villa is very challenging! Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider riecht es etwas aus dem Abfluss.
