In a gated residence with a pool, comfortable ground floor flat.
Entrance to a cabin area with 2 bunk beds.
Living room with table + chairs, furniture.
Kitchen area with electric hob, microwave, mini oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric coffee maker.
Bedroom with a large bed. Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
Veranda with sofa bed, TV.
Terrace with garden furniture and awning.
Private parking. Pets not allowed.
Possibility of Internet connection (extra charge).
The residence has a swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September). However, if the pool were not to open due to technical or health reasons, the tenant will not be entitled to any refund.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, sheets, towels, baby cot, high chair, tourist tax.
