Géré par une personne avenante et respectueuse des gens. Tout était parfait en plus d’être à 200 mètres de la station bus et train menant à l’aéroport. Seul point négatif est que le « Check in » est trop tard à 19:30, car on veut s’installer et se préparer pour le dîner. (À reconsidérer) . Autrement, je recommande fortement

Per carità... arriviamo alle 15:30 e non ci ha accolto nessuno, dopo svariate telefonate arriva la signora che ci cazzia perché eravamo in anticipo, non eravamo informate sul check in alle 19:30. Il pavimento all'ingrosso della ns stanza era pieno di escrementi di cane e la signora dopo 10 minuti se ne accorge e con disinvoltura li butta ne wc che sarebbe stato il nostro, condiviso con altri ma lo abbiamo capito dopo. Quindi lasciamo gli zaini a terra con il rischio che 3 cani ci pisciassero sopra e al ritorno erano li ancora a terra nonostante che la stanza fosse pronta."cosa le costava metterli al riparo dentro". La stanza puzzava di cane, non credo che le lenzuola fossero lavate con il sapone perché puzzavano. La notte ci siamo morte di freddo, i cuscini di arredo e le finestre non si chiudevano. Le persiane non potevano essere chiuse perché c'erano i vasi quindi ci siamo svegliate all'alba. Alla mia gentile richiesta di un caffè alle 8:30 la signora mi ha detto che avrei dovuto aspettare le 9 perché era l'appuntamento della colazione fino alle 9:30. La colazione... parliamone. Scarsa, stoviglie sporche, con i prodotti buttati li sul tavolo senza cura e igiene, il pane era totalmente bruciato e riciclato da un tavolo all'altro. Non solo, lo yogurt non era neanche accompagnato dal cucchiaino, ok noi non siamo cani , come si fa. Dopo 20min ci invita ad andarcercene e non è stata disposta a tenere gli zaini fino alle 18.

The cash key deposit is a scam. The property has two doors to get in, the deposit only gives you access to one of the doors, as a result you do not have access to the property unless the property owner is home. Additionally, you have to work around her work schedule and routine. As a result you have to be out of the door by 10 am and back for 7:30 pm to be let back in, otherwise you don’t have access to the property. She also has an early bedtime , making it hard to go out at night. You need to call her as well to be let back in making for an expensive phone bill if you do not have a French SIM card. There are also many pets on the property that are not listed (birds). There is no air conditioning as well. The description of the property is very misleading, you are essentially staying in her apartment , not a separate space. I tried to get a partial refund as we found out all these inconveniences only after check in but she was quite rude and dismissive. A huge let down, we had to book another place last minute.

Ett stop i Marseille

Ett mysigt och genuint boende i en historisk miljö. Bra service med en god kontinental frukost. Ett paradis för djurälskare med hundar, katter, en papegoja och en sköldpadda. Ett plus till värdinnan för väldigt trevligt bemötande.

Not a Hotel

No AC even in July! Late check in 7:30 PM with no flexibility or luggage holding. This is not a hotel, but a private residence. If you book the “art gallery” room with the mirror please know that it is a tiny room (see pictures) with no air and 1 window that you’re only allowed to open at night. To use the bathroom in the night, you need to leave the room and be on camera in a shared space. Plus, it’s actually located 200 meters away, so not advised if you have a lot of luggage. I’ve always trusted Hotels.com but after this experience I’ll need to vet much more carefully.

This place is NOT a hotel. Its a room for rent, with the owner across the hallway. No AC, no tv, bathroom tiny and smelled. 2 stars is a gift. If the price was 50E, I would have been satisfied.

Lovely place to stay

It’s a very quiet and tastefully decorated accommodation. Good to have en-suite bathroom and the host is friendly and very helpful! Place is clean and breakfast provided although I did not get to have it as was on the go. However the host offered a quick breakfast snack which was very kind

Lovely hosts but it was a little difficult to find the place and check in is available only after 7:30 PM which can be inconvenient. Also it should be mentioned on the listing that there are animals at the property, cute dogs but it would be nice if I knew ahead of time so I could take my allergy pills

Superbe ACCEUIL, Madame est tes gentille et informante , très a l'écoute et de bon conseillé , la chambre était très propre et l'endroit est calme , bien situé juste a côté de la gare . Super petit déjeuner préparer par madame vraiment super je recommande plus plus ! Et je reviendrais ☺️

Accueil très chaleureux et convivial dans un bien avec beaucoup de cachet, de belles pièces design. Un lieu propre et silencieux, très bien situé. La propriétaire connait tout Marseille et donne de précieux conseils et recommandations.

Merci encore pour votre accueil chaleureux, votre gentillesse et les petites attentions durant notre séjour, cela a vraiment fait la différence. Le seul petit bémol pour moi a été le fait de devoir libérer l’appartement de 10h à 19h, ce qui a un peu compliqué mon organisation. Mais dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un agréable moment. Merci encore et belle continuation !
