Appartement Dans Résidence Terres Marines VUE MER
Located in the secure residence “Les Terres Marines,” this 51 m² apartment is quiet and set in a pleasant environment.
It is situated 1.2 km from the port, the village, and Bestouan Beach (about a 10–15 minute walk). The residence offers a large 25 m swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, and a clubhouse with table tennis. Private parking is included.
Fully equipped with a washing machine, small refrigerator, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron, and television. There is also a 10 m² loggia. Electric heating and fans are available.

One large bedroom with two 90 × 190 cm beds
Second bedroom with two 90 × 190 cm beds
Living room with a sofa bed (“clic-clac”), used if needed, for example when guests stay over
