“The property was clean, comfortable and great for our family. Communication with the host was top notch as they were able to guide us towards a rental car (we didn’t know taxis were so expensive), restaurants and nearby groceries. We would definitely recommend the priority and host.”

We could walk over when people were feeding the turtles and rays easily. The directions to find the house were not great and the wifi was spotty. Those were the only things we would improve. “First time traveler to Guana Cay and everything was perfect! The owner was great communicating the location and assisting me in retaining a cab driver in Marsh. Location of this home is walking distance to everything you may need, bars, restaurants, shops, public dock, etc. I did not rent a golf cart but if you want to explore more of the island, I'd suggest calling ahead to reserve. (Guana Dive located near the home rents golf carts.) Overall, the place was perfect and would highly recommend……

“1st off we were switched to another condo without being told. I contacted them a day ahead & had no response. Upon arrival we couldn't get in. Finally a text came saying welcome..were in #24 now. They claimed they told me. Door was hard to open & close. Sliding door is very difficult to open. There isn't a handle outside either making it even more impossible when you're outside. Inside handle was broken too. Also the screws for shutters are left in the wall causing my guest visiting to cut……
