「We really liked the stylish comfort of this unit. The location was excellent for downtown exploring. The signs with added information of the history of the building was a nice touch as wells as the use of the oak barrel themes throughout. The hosts were responsive to messages and phone calls in a timely fashion. We visit Peoria often during the Bradley basketball season and would stay (and hope to stay) here again. 」

「Property was well-groomed and taken care of very clean. The extra bonuses like coffee, creamer, condiments et cetera were a great surprise. Spoke with the owner about getting different internet. Coverage from cellphone towers was not that great. I will definitely be staying at this property again when I'm in the area.」

「I wouldn't recommend this rental. The electronic door lock doesn't work right and it took 20 minutes to gain access. The apartment was not very clean (trash left in the trash cans and the floors were dirty), and there are no hand towels in the unit and limited bath towels and wash clothes, so we were drying our hands on a wash cloth and the paper towels from the kitchen. This is a corporate owned unit that is obviously being operated at a bare minimum price.」
