“Staff was probably the FRIENDLIEST I have ever experienced at a motel/hotel. Super nice and down to earth. They made feel like I was part of their family or something, it was touching. “We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff and owner were extremely helpful and responsive to our requests. It's a very clean and well maintained property. Everything worked very well - coffee maker, heat pump, hot water, television, etc.
Continental breakfast was exceptional - everything was fresh and delicious. Would stay there again and would recommend to anyone I know. :-)”

“No one at front desk, just a bell to ring, but didn't ring it because a maid told us front desk person would be "back in a minute". After waiting 10-15 minutes (or longer), rang the bell and front desk attendant came out, said they had gone to the bathroom. We really didn't need to hear excuse, apology for wait time would have been fine.
Then, when we returned around 10p.m. noise (conversations) in hall and connected room was loud and continuous through early morning hours. Needs better sound……

“Enjoyed our overnight stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room we had with a king bed was very comfortable, with more than expected room.
The only issue was a discrepancy between our booked rate and the higher rate we were charged at the property. I have contacted Expedia and hoping to get the issue resolved.”

“When we showed up there was a for sale sign on the sign at the entrance and nobody in the office. I had to call a phone number that was on the door to check in. They had to open our door remotely which I felt was not safe. We had an upstairs room, where we had to climb up unsafe stairs with metal plates in two spots to support the broken slats you walked on. “The property was clean, well maintained and quiet.
My room was the same, bed was very comfortable, and had a couple different types of pillows to choose from (I prefer medium/firm, and there was 2 of those, as well as 2 soft, already provided without having to ask).
Shower/bathroom was clean and no shortage of hot water, definitely made for unwinding at the end of a busy work trip enjoyable and relaxing.
Staff was helpful and very courteous, always polite and ready to help if I needed anything.……
