Property composed of main house and outbuilding 17 km from the centre of Lecce, 1.4 km from the centre of Martignano, 25 km from the centre of Otranto, 16 km from the sea. Private: garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, meadow, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 90 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 10.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access (40 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.1 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "San Foca" 16 km, rocky beach "Torre dell'Orso" 19 km. Please note: car recommended.
4-room house 110 m2. Practical and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds and open-hearth fireplace. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Casa stupenda come da dettagliata descrizione. Il giardino e la piscina sono un grandissimo valore aggiunto! Notevole la posizione! I padroni di casa molto attenti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Consigliatissima.
