「I want to give them a 10 out of 10 but the neighbors were so noisy! The neighbors stayed up partying until around midnight Saturday and Sunday. They were outside with loud music and screaming at each other. The house is the cutest place! The hosts were magnificent- we didn’t have hot water and it was fixed within the hour. I’d recommend it but just be aware if it’s a holiday weekend - the neighbors are very loud. 」

「Fran was a great host! We arrived to town a bit later than expected and so we contacted him a bit late but Fran was on it and answered my questions, property was CLEAN, rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms had clean towels, rugs, bedding, etc. We were in town for a weeding in Chimney Oaks so the location was great (area was really quiet and peaceful so I lost no sleep); we really enjoyed the pool table and the TVs with streaming services. Lovely cottage and great host, would definitely recommend for...

「Our stay was great! Our family had everything we needed, we loved how clean the place was, how friendly our host was, and how easy check-in and check-out was. Thanks, Tom!」

「My family of five had a great time.」

「Great house to traverse the mountains and get some quiet peace time. The host was very responsive and the house was cool and clean during the summer heat. Would stay again. Great stuff. Patio was my favorite.」
