“Had everything we needed.”

“We enjoyed the lovely lake house immensely. It was well equipped, comfortable, cozy with a spectacular view. The weather was too chilly to enjoy the lake but the dock was a bonus to watch the sunsets. Great communication from the host. Would definitely stay at this rental again.”

“We had a great time at your lake front home. Even with the lower lake levels, we were still able to get out on the water. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to have the water views off the deck and grilling porch. It made the morning coffee that much more enjoyable. The grocery store was only about 15 minutes away. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Fantastic property that was very clean and decorated really cute. We will come again.”

“Once again, an exceptional stay at this property which is our preferred location when visiting family in the Toccoa area, so much so that we now plan our trips here around availability of this house. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an already nicely cooled house -- very welcome on a hot July day in Georgia and going above and beyond the typical arrival experience of other places where we often have to turn down the thermostat and wait for the place to get comfortable. That's just one example……

“Our family enjoyed a peaceful and perfect weekend at Southern Comfort Cove! Lindsay is an incredible host and every detail was covered. Beautiful view, comfortable home, great communication, and all the amenities we needed and them some. I highly recommend this vacation paradise and will definitely book again!”

“From the very beginning, Marc was a fantastic host. Long before my group arrived, he communicated with me at every turn. The house was large enough to accommodate my family and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the kitchen had adequate pots/pans and all the items that you would have in your own home (to include seasonings)! We will definitely rent again in the future. Marc - thanks for a great experience!”
