"Booked for 4 nights. After 3 nights we left and checked into a hotel. I got an email from Expedia asking how it was going. I sent a message saying there were problems. The stairs outside were unlit and dangerous. Didn't realize the problem until we got back from supper. Pitch black and no lights. My friend fell and cut her leg and hand.
