「I absolutely LOVED this stay. It was my boyfriends birthday so I wanted something special. This place exceeded my expectations by far. Staff was amazing so helpful and very sweet. The only thing that sucked was the pool wasn’t open due to renovation but obviously my fault for not researching more before booking. Other than that I would 100% come back and recommend this place to friends. (Also the view from the room is breathtaking)」

「The Hotel overall was fine. My specific room was pretty good but the carpet is old and decently gross. The view was - none ! You got to look at another part of the building... :( Its like putting a giant blank billboard in front of your window at home. There was zero coffee available for breakfast in the morning. :(」

「Through no fault of the hotel there was no hot water for the two days we were there. The boiler for the hot water broke. The hotel is filthy and needs to be detailed and cleaned by professionals. The rooms needs to be remodeled, it is old and worn. The staff were polite and friendly and did their best to be accommodating. Our stay was fully refunded.」

Breakfast was ok, I always appreciate Hotel Waffles but that was the high point, Eggs and sausage was warm almost cold. The bathroom was clean but when I got ready to,take a shower the hot water only lasted about 3 minutes before turning cold. The room keys worked 25% of the time nd I had to have them reload 3 times with a 50% success rate. The room was noisy with paper thin walls,...
