"Beautiful property built in the hills of rural Gatlinburg with excellent service and conveniently located on route of the Free Trolly to and from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Another free shuttle on property is available to get you up and down the mountain to access the pools, zip line, restaurant and water park. "We had to wait for someone to show up to check in. We finally checked in. Rooms very basic. Needing a lot of attention especially the bathroom. We stayed 4 nights and requested the room to be made up everyday. It never got done. We had to request clean towels on the second night. The shower was good then the water went really hot. Overall disappointed "
