Blue Magnolia for a weekend getaway

We had a group of 5 in Maryville for a music festival. This place was exactly what we needed. Tina and Jim were terrific hosts. Lots of room to relax on comfy couches and recliners.

This home was perfect, had all amenities and was just as it is listed on site. Spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The yard was a great bonus for our pups and us as well. Tina was quick to respond to any questions and very generous with us, thank you for opening your home to our family!

Motorcycle trip and concert

Charming home, beautifully decorated. Many extra touches to make our stay more pleasant. The home is very conveniently located to businesses and restaurants. I highly recommend it as a home base while exploring the Smoky Mountains.

Sister's weekend

Beautifully decorated and well stocked. Convenient to downtown Knoxville and the mountains. Plenty of activities nearby also. Will definitely keep this place in mind for another trip to the area.

Awesome stay

We were in town for a wedding and the location and accommodations where perfect! Easy access to everywhere we needed to go and plenty of room to move about while at the house. Large dining table accommodated some board game playing while at the house as well. Definitely would stay here again if/when in the area.

Tennessee getaway

Every detail of a home away from home was considered in the wonderful house. Close to all the amenities of Maryville, smoky mountains just a short drive away and cozy to spend nights by the light of the fireplaces. Owners were great and a definite place to return to in the future.

Super clean and very cozy!

This was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was very nice. We loved the 2 sitting areas. Our kids loved it too. The fenced in backyard was perfect! The location was perfect. We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area!

Smoky Mountain Motorcycle Trip

Property was perfect for a nice getaway to the Smoky Mountains. Great location to amazing rides and to stores and restaurants. Very clean and worked perfect for my dad, his best friend, my brother and myself. Thank you, Tina, for a great spot for a bucket list trip!

Great Place for Family Stay

Our stay at the Blue Magnolia was wonderful! The home is spacious, yet very cozy and comfortable. It is also well decorated and well equipped, and accommodated all our needs for our stay nicely. The backyard is also a great outdoor space. We had obligations in Knoxville, and it was a very convenient drive in to downtown Knoxville.

Little Heaven close to Knoxville

My husband and I work a lot we needed a place to stay were we could relax for a bit and work if need be. The fact it has a fenced in area made it very convenient to stay because we have a small MultiPoo that needs to be able to run around. Currently planning to go back because it was such a pleasant stay!

Beautiful property!!

We stayed for the weekend to visit our daughter at UTK and attend the football game. The house was decorated beautifully, super clean, and very cozy. Very convenient to UTK and lots of restaurants near by. We will definitely try and book again when visiting our daughter!

Quiet neighborhood (generally) - accommodations were as stated. Made us feel like being home. One thing - if you have an elderly person, the few stairs were a little hard to navigate. Very pleasant stay. Thank you to the hosts!

Motorcycle getaway

This house was perfect for our motorcycle trip to do the Tail of the Dragon, Cherohola Skyway and all the great riding in the area. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed for the 7 night stay. Liked the shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the showers. Beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet . We loved it. Thanks!

Awesome stay!

This house is adorable! Clean and neat, inviting and cozy, organized and so convenient! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Ate at several great restaurants nearby and our pup really liked the large fenced yard! Tina is easy to communicate with and was flexible with our needs. She even had a welcome sign in the kitchen with my name on it when we arrived! The neighborhood was so peaceful and we felt very safe there. Also had the best water pressure in a shower that we have ever experienced! We will definitely stay there again! 5 star experience for sure!! You wont go wrong with this short term rental!!
