-Wake up to a beautiful view of the Foothills of the Smokies. Come relax in this open home situated to take advantage of the bucolic view with large picture windows in the living room, dining room and master bedroom.

-Completed in May, 2025, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath custom built home maximizes the mountain view. Relax on the front porch with your cup of coffee, or sit by the solo fire pit in the evening. This home is located centrally to the Smokies, UTK, Maryville College and The Shed.

-This Home is located at the back of a quiet neighborhood which opens up to a beautiful view of the foothills in the smoky mountains.

-Currently, you will have access to the main level of the house which consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! The downstairs is currently off limits as it is still unfinished, no one resides down there so the house will be all yours during your stay!

-We just ask you to park in the gravel driveway as our neighbor prefers to have his mailbox unimpeded, understandably.
