「Staff was helpful」

「Wasn’t told by anyone that pool was out of order until we got there. The TV in the room was messed up and could only get a few channels and young attendant at desk said so he didn’t know how to use the remote, but she did change up the battery for it. another attendant later told us that somehow the channels got scrambled.but he did help us go watch an MLB baseball game since the lobby TV was working. The breakfast waffles tasted bad.」

「I was assigned a very noisy room, I could hear the noise of the machine all the time」

「Did not credit amenity deposit. Called many times. Had to dispute! Waste of time! Stayed at hotel for seven hours to sleep ONLY!」

「The desk staff were not very courteous and very unprofessional. The breakfast was not very good. The person at the desk was not helpful when asking questions about extra napkins and we were told the refrigerator was broken. The creamer for the coffee which needed refrigeration was left out at all times.」

「Room was very clean but mold in shower. Pillows very flat in room. Pool cold and dirty. Staff was very professional and helpful.」

「It was a nice clean room. The sink is not in the bathroom, which I didn’t catch in the pictures, I just don’t prefer that set up. The people were very nice. The “road noise” other people mentioned wasn’t an issue for us although we were in the front of the motel. 」

「The rooms where clean but could use some updating and staff were friendly and helpful during our one night stay. We had no issues with the parking. The breakfast was a bit sparce when I went down around 8am but maybe they were in between filling up things. They had plenty of tea and coffee which was the important thing for me. Overall, it was a nice stay at this hotel.」

The bathroom was spacious and everything worked perfectly with no issues during my stay. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were knowledgeable, polite, and professional.
