「The only issue I experienced was with the television. The remote control did not work. The staff tried to replace it, but that replacement did not work. The third remote worked intermittently, the television only responded after pressing the buttons multiple times. It was almost impossible to navigate the channel guide. I gave up and by that time the reception was unstaffed.」

「Gianni a entendu ma demande d'une place de parking puisque je suis une personne à mobilité réduite et il a pris l'initiative de me donner une chambre en rez de chaussée. Cela s'appelle être au service et à l'écoute de sa clientèle, un grand merci ! Il a discuté volontiers avec moi, c'est tellement mieux qu'une boîte à clé ! Allez-y sans crainte, surtout si vous aimez le calme.」

「Das Hotel ist in einem gutem Zustand, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Kaffee und Tee stand zur Verfügung. Einen Flaschenöffner gab es nicht auf dem Zimmer und auf Nachfrage sowohl an der Rezeption als auch in der Bar, war es nicht möglich einen Flaschenöffner zu bekommen (was ich als sehr enttäuschend empfand). Der Spa Bereich ist Aufpreispflichtig, was nirgends in der Beschreibung stand. Was ich ebenfalls als enttäuschend empfand....

「This lovely little area of Castelvetro was a pleasure to stay in! The Locanda rooms were spacious and had nice amenities for coffee and tea. The living area was a nice addition to our space with lively decor. The toilet area is small but well appointed. If you want a romantic dinner reserve a table in the wine cellar.
