“We checked in late at around 10pm, and were greeted with kind and nice staff members. we had to check out early in the morning, the receptionist contacted catering staff once she knew that and helped us to arrange a breakfast box at 5:15am in the morning (their breakfast starts at 6:30am), which we found very considerate. “ This was my first time visiting Bali, and everyone’s service was amazing—so friendly and welcoming! Every day, the staff checked in to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. The room was very clean; although there were a few little critters, the staff helped right away when we mentioned it. The only thing I can mention is that sometimes a bad smell came from the bathroom sewer, and they were working on the street at night, which woke me up due to the noise.
