「We didn’t use the pool; however, the gentleman at the front desk in the mornings spoke good English and he was able to help us get our clothes washed and dried for a fee which was most helpful. The two ladies who greeted us when we arrived in the afternoon were very friendly and welcoming. The housekeeper did an excellent job at keeping the room clean. It was very walkable to a bank, restaurants and the park. We would definitely stay here again.」

「You really feel like you’re in heaven」

「I booked because it looked beautiful in the photos, but when we arrived, we were greeted by a disheveled man in a torn shirt who looked like a homeless person; he turned out to be the receptionist. He gave us the key, and it turned out the bathroom was shared with other rooms—something not mentioned when I booked. We decided to leave and look for a place in better condition. Honestly, I do not recommend it at all. I lost my money. Very bad place. I wish can I have my money back.」

「Where to start??? The girl who checked us in was very nice and helpful, but the gentleman who was working the counter the next morning was quite rude and condescending. I expected a bar by the pool; true there was a bar, but it wasn’t operational. The swimming pool was not useful for me or my 83 year old mother who has limited mobility as there were no stairs or ladders to climb in and out of the pool. You walked through a small wading section and then there was a ledge you had to get into...
