「Great overall - except the conditioner bottle in the bathroom was filled with shampoo, and the staff didn't seem to understand the difference between the two when I raised the issue, and tried to tell me they're both supposed to be the same thing (the clearly marked labels on the bottles begged to differ).
This isn't something I would usually mind had I prepared in advance for there to be no conditioner, but we were advertised that there would be both available. Just annoying I wasn't able to...

「This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...
