Quiet and clean

The hosts are lovely and left us some suggestions for our visit since it was our first time on the cape. Everything they suggested was a hit with the family. The house was easy to find and clean. Great stop for a quick trip.

Wonderful House on the Cape

House is very clean, welcoming, quiet, great location/neighborhood, excellent communication from owner. Easy checkin, everything you need is available and if you forgot something they have you covered. Overall a fantastic stay, trip and experience!

Fabulous home

We loved our stay at this cottage - it was beautifully decorated and had every amenity we could want - and then some! I appreciated the easy prompt responses from the owner and the easy check-in and check-out instructions. We all thought the cottage was even nicer than the photos showed. Family Party in Falmouth

We stayed with our grown children and the home was perfect. Close to everything for day trips and eating/restaurants. Owners had great communication, perfect long weekend.

The house and location were nice. The back deck was great had table and chairs with a grill for cooking.The couch was comfortable but the rest of the seating wasn’t very comfortable.The beds were comfortable.Every thing we used worked well stove,fridge,coffee maker and kitchen was well equipped.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at our stay. Steve and Nancy were very responsive to any questions we might’ve had. Only negative thing was the amount of seating in the living room. Could’ve stood a bigger couch. Overall, a very, very nice place.

Great quiet place!

We spent a week there with 4 of us. The place was nice, clean and quiet at the end of a road backed up to woods. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We will be back for sure.

Excellent stay at a well kept property. 3 friends and I came out to hunt ducks in the area. It was nice being centrally located. Lots of good food in the area. Very quiet neighborhood.

Simply wonderful

This was super clean and very well apportioned. Was not a thing that we would not have wanted for. Steve and Nancy were amazing! Anytime there was a question they responded quickly. Location wise it was a very short trip to anywhere we needed or wanted to go. Beautiful deck, fire pit very beautiful house

Girls trip

Great location for exploring Cape Cod. Convenient to Hyannis and Falmouth ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Many nice little touches in decorating the cottage such as lots of Nautical theme pictures, wall hangings, knicknacks, bed comforters and sheets. Loved the fact that not only was the tv Roku enabled, but also had Xfinity cable for those of us that don't subscribe to streaming channels! Very clean cottage and excellent check in and check out instructions. My favorite place we visited was Nantucket and seeing all the places that author Elin Hildebrand has written about. Would return here.

Great Mashpee home

This was the perfect house for 5 friends who were down the Cape for a wedding. The house itself was clean, had a kitchen that had all the amenities we needed. Very clean with 4 BR’s and 2 baths. Not far from anywhere we were going and on a quiet culdesac neighborhood.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay, the only issue was there was no air conditioning on the first floor and only window air conditioners in the two upstairs bedrooms. Otherwise the house was very nice and clean.

Cozy, well kept home.

The property owners were welcoming and responsive from the start! Their home is super clean, well kept, and offered a convenient location in a quiet neighborhood setting. Our October stay was cozy after a couple of long days at a nearby country club. Shopping and restaurants were nearby and the coast was just a short ride. The home has plenty of room to spread out and our hosts made sure we had everything we needed while away from home. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your home And we look forward to another visit!

Exploring Upper Cape Cod

This Mashpee home is clean, roomy & in a quiet setting backed up to a forest. 2 full baths was great for our family 0f 5.We used the firepit one night & the location was a 10 minute drive from Stop & Shop & Mashpee Commons. Modern grill on the deck. Only has a love seat in living room so I would suggest more living room seating. Had to use kitchen chairs for our family of 5. Very enjoyable stay

Loved Cape Cod Cottage!

It was a nice Cape Cod, like I was used to growing up. Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms we stayed in, which helped us through a hot humid stay. We were there as the hurricane was approaching and we were contacted early to be aware and that, if we felt we should leave, he would refund appropriately. We felt we were cared for. We were from out of state, so would not have had any idea what would be involved. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice house, ..maybe add ac

Please Note..NO AC.. add a humid record breaking heat wave and with no ac our stay was pretty uncomfortable at times They could also use an exterminator..
