"The location defies description it is so beautiful. The water is steps away, there is ample sunny areas and plenty of shade too. Additionally there is shopping, dining and entertainment within minutes. Complete privacy as neighbors are barely visible. The house itself is clean, modern and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen, ample bedrooms and a large enough dining and gathering area for our entire party. I cannot recommend this home highly enough!"

"We have stayed at this property several times now. In addition to a quiet location that's still near everything, it has the indoor pool that the kids love. Plus a firepit and the dock outside. Hosts always have excellent communication and are responsive to questions. Laundry on site, lots of towels, and a great place to relax. Would stay here again. "

"I loved this cottage so much. It had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood was adorable, steps from Johns Pond, which is beautiful and peaceful. We loved going out on the paddleboard and relaxing in the backyard. We walked to Dunkin' and Dino's and took a short drive over to Mashpee Commons. Great communication from the property management company, very easy check out. Will definitely plan to stay again! "

"We had a great stay in your home. Quiet, peaceful, and away from it all (and thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything we needed), yet close enough to all the conveniences (shopping, restaurants, etc.) of Mashpee, and to nearby ocean beaches, and hiking trails. The rest of the Cape was also within an easy drive. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the deck overlooking the Pond, and using the kayaks and canoe. We hope to return."
