“Das Zimmer war sehr gut, aber am 1. Abend kein kaltes Wasser in der Dusche und Waschbecken, es kam nur heißes Wasser, wir konnten nicht duschen, sonst hätten wir uns verbrüht. Ab dem 2. Tag kein warmes Wasser mehr. In der Badewanne kam warmes Wasser, aber man kann nicht auf die Brause umschalten. Nach der Spülung lief das Wasser hinten aus der Toilette und ins Zimmer. War für 3 Personen gebucht aber nur für 2 vorbereitet. Trotz Beschwerde keine Änderung. ”

“There was no pool and aircon was only in room, possibly in the resto downstairs, but in no common areas. Lovely staff, good food, nice decor and art. Lots of stairs. Airport shuttle was reasonable and good. ”

“Hotel with a unique, cool interior. Missing a safe and refrigerator in the room. There was a problem with the water supply in the shower, the water ran out in the middle of the shower. Experienced the same with the faucet in the sink. Also felt there was a bit of visibility into the shower area from the other buildings around.”

“The staff were amazing....very helpful, friendly and ready to go out of their way to help the guests. Room was small, but clean and the bed was comfortable. Located in the heart of Stone Town so it's close to most places of interest. I will stay again.”

“Perhaps there are better rooms, but our room ( nadia) is very noisy throughout our stay. Not just u could hear people shouting and chirldren playing and car horns, but the worst is that there are some sort of aircon machines right outside yr window so u can also hear the engine sound. There are too many more quiet but equally convenient boutique hotels in Stonetown but since we had already paid so we could not change hotel. DONT TRUST THE COMMENTS ANY MORE FROM HOTELS.COM! (P.S. WE COME FROM……

“O quarto estava em boas condições de estrutura e limpeza, mas a estrutura do prédio de forma geral deixa um pouco a desejar. O quarto é muito escuro, mas a cama é muito boa. O chuveiro precisa de manutenção. A família que nos recebeu foi muito simpática e prestativa, mas não é exatamente um hotel.”

“Lovely place located in the middle of Stone Town. Decent beds. Lovely staff! Be aware: No curtains to keep the room dark in the morning. No fridge so your water will be hot. No turndown service with mosquito spray.”

“Everything was perfect... Manager Maria and other staff were very helpful and kind, they helped us arrange every transportation we need and the tour to Prison Island & Stone Town. Beautiful beautiful bungalow and well-maintained. Awesome experience that you won't regret staying in, very reasonable price and I will definitely come back to this resort if I visit Zanzibar again... ”

“We arrived on time for check in yet they made us wait an extra 2 hours before handing over the room keys. We booked a room for 3 and only got 2 blankets to sleep with. The elevator was slow and skipped floors randomly, other guests were also complaining. On top of that they were doing renovations so the stairwell was occupied by workers and tiles all over the place making it dangerous to take the stairs when the elevator was not functioning correctly. The staff wasnt helpful at all and wouldn't……
