Our car had some scratches and I asked them what store in Italy we could buy stuff to rub off the scratches before we return the car the next day. "It was a lovely hotel right in the downtown area and super convenient. Hotel was not full when we stayed there at all, but was still given a room facing away from the water without any offer of an upgrade (as other hotels have typically done). Breakfast buffet was excellent. Was a definitely nice experience."
